Manila Before: There were no Metro Aides, Bayani Fernando Cleaners, and stores cleaned their areas. Pedestrians were also very disciplined, very little “hukays” and Manholes were clean. People were so disciplined. The streets were shiny, much like the streets of Singapore now.
